SO, RECENT EVENTS HAVE PUT MY DIET AND EXERCISE ON HOLD. I DONT HAVE THE TIME OR THE INSPIRATION FOR IT. i DONT HAVE THE PATIENCE OR THE EMOTIONS FOR IT. I DONT EVEN HAVE THE GROCERIES OR THE MONEY FOR IT.

HOPEFULLY WITHIN A FEW WEEKS, I WILL BE ABLE TO PICK UP WHERE I LEFT OFF AND START MY DIET AGAIN. MY GOAL IS TO LOSE 120 POUNDS BY THIS TIME NEXT ( Read more... )

It's ok, hon....do what you can, when you can. Don't make yourself crazy over it or you won't stick to it. When you're ready, you'll be all over it! And I'll be here to cheer you on.
