I know, isn't it horrible? I miss the days when I bragged about never being able to write stories in less than 1000 words. Now I'm obsessive-compulsive about things that must be exactly 100 words :\

I was trying to do too many things at once. Work, write, plot... Resulted in loss of sleep and sto0pid XP

Hai, ma'm! I was in fact working on the collab, like actual working, when my mind slipped into the coma of no return. I won't send it in until I'm through with it though, because I really want to get this baby on the road and that means doing something more substantial with it than just babbling, like I've been doing X(

If I listen to another Billie Holiday song on vinyl, I may just do something drastic... Let's try this, uh, Hungarian Suicide Song then XD

Oh god Ino in the bathtub was just the best, most horrible, remorseful image. They were all wonderful images. I love Naruto reaching for Sasuke's belt buckle, and the cigarette burns around the coffee cup rings. God I'm depressed and falling in love with you all over again, Mai. I think I depressed myself with this one. Billie Holiday's voice and another one of my black mood... I liked the bathtub scene best myself .

Anyway, now Sakura is on equal ground with everyone else in the world of my writing.

I adore Billie Holiday. Strange Fruit is one of my favorites of hers, but I think "My Man" or "Gloomy Sunday" are my absolute favorites. Nothing beats Billie when it comes to hard knocks and soul-crushing depression. :(
