Shalini will advance as a young leader through special access and focused excursions and will gain:
- Confidence and leadership -- Explore the Peace Pagoda in Tokyo and climb halfway up dramatic Mount Fuji, the spiritual symbol for Japan
- Cultureal understanding -- Learn the art of the Japanese language and journey to an island sacred to the Shinto religion

it's so perfect! i want to go soooo badly.
i know, everyone that takes the PSAT's and does mildly well got this letter, but c'mon! people never take advantage of these kinda things, and i want to.
really =/
let's see what happens.
yesterday, my dad threatened to send me to india if i don't improve my grades for the first semester.
hello? i've never lived in india, i've lived in south brunswick new jersey since i was freaking born.
never am i ever leaving this life to live in poverty-ridden, dirt-poor india. ill go anywhere else in asia (w/ the exception of russia, and the middle east, and pakistan) but not india. which really only leaves east asia, where opportunities are endless, and i at least know some japanese!
