I hate them , today I have spent forever on the phone- to a non live computer , which gives you hope by keeping you on the line then just gives a dial tone, to add to the problem it then blathers adverts about how good it is...

Find a physical address where you can go stand on someone's desk until they agree to help you.

They've set up the system to encourage angry people to find them out physically... I figure they must want it that way.
