So today is Day one of Milk Hell!! It is the end of the day and i am feeling pretty crappy, but happy - i did it! One down only 6 to go. And that means only 6 days till the op, i am getting scared now - lmao!! I know its working cos i am peeing for Britain - Bye Bye glycogen stores - hello small liver

Great job doing day #1 of milk! I did not know that you had to do that in preparation for the surgery. I would have a hard time with it as well.
