Well, I did park close to the person I parked behind last night so I think it's them. I'm just going to let the insurance company look into it. I'm not sure if its dishonesty or just damage that was already there that they weren't aware of or what.
He's probably looking for an excuse to nail someone for repairs to his bumper or something. I'm sure if you hit his car, you would have felt it, and even moreso if you hit it hard enough to do damage. It's not like this is the first time you've parallel parked or done anything close to it. =P
I wouldn't provide him anything, honestly. There were no witnesses, and I bet he doesn't have proof. If there's no damage to your car, just be on your merry way.

I wouldn't provide him anything, honestly. There were no witnesses, and I bet he doesn't have proof. If there's no damage to your car, just be on your merry way.
