Well, it's been 11 months since I last hit a tennis ball and I finally got back to it today. It was soooo much fun. So, today was the total official absolute last day I did any work for Sheet Music Plus. It's pretty crazy to think about for me...way too overwhelming for me to really take in at once. And absolutely real...Republicans have just gone insane, I swear to god, Carly Fiorina especially. And I think there is something telling about the fact that they portray their good, moral leaders as sheep. I've always found this a particularly ironic and telling metaphor within the Christian religion, and it seems even more powerful in its irony ( Read more... )

So, today was the last day I had to work before I would earn my year-end bonus. I'm going to give my 2 weeks notice sometime next week, though not sure which day. I'm super scared but also relieved and excited. I'll probably post something more thoughtful after my last day.

I'm free to fly. Thank god my music's still alive. :)
