Um w-well I was an inmate at a prison before I came here. The collar would inject me with poison. The candy was the antidote that I had to take to stay alive. I died because of it once after I got here. But Kite-san was able to remove the collar, so I don't have to worry about it anymore.

I think you're right. I guess I just enjoyed going outside more than I thought.

The blizzard shouldn't last for more than few days at best. You'll be outside again before you realize it.

Well, they used it for records keeping. But the main purpose was to carry out the death sentence with the poison it injects.
