So a while ago, just for shits and giggles, I did a drawing of Yoruichi in Urahara's clothes. Turns out I liked it so much that I decided to ink and shade it as well, so, here you go. Worksafe, but possibly brain-breaky:

Mm, I really like her foot, the one we can see the bottom of ^^ Fooooot. The shading came out neat on it.

I...think there might be something weird about (her) left arm -- the one holding the cane -- it seems angled oddly. But that might just be a function of the inking -- having the completely solid ink there and leaving out the lines for the crease in her elbow could be creating that effect.

Also, and I haven't watched Bleach enough to be any sort of authority, certainly, but what I saw of Yoruichi...her boobs should be larger, shouldn't they? I mean, I know not everyone WANTS to draw ginormous anime-titties...but that doesn't mean she doesn't *have* them, for good or for bad. >->

...the shading on her face came out really cool, too...and as always, cora did a lovely job with the colors. Vibrant and smooth <3

Yay! Feet are such a pain for me, much more so than hands. XD Hands are cake, man, but feet? Foreshortening? Weird angles and poses? Crap, man, that's hard! Glad you approve.

I think the solid inking certainly doesn't help with attempting to make out details; the colored versiongives you a better idea of where the folds are suppsoed to be, since the lineart used was from before I added solid inking and cross-hatching.

Canon-Yoruichi is indeed stacked. XD Not so much as Matsumoto or Orihime, but there's definitely a sizeable rack there. But between her baggy clothes, lack of bra, and the fact that the, again, solid black, coat falls over the curve of her right breast (the on that's in profile) so you can't really see how far out it extends... I guess all of those are kind of diminishing. (Also, whenever I try to draw big-tittied anime women, I always frown, shake my head, and go, "No, that looks wrong... they can't be that big..." and then I make them smaller.) I blame having spent so much time drawing for FMA, where even

I think it might be that feet are so just rarely drawn -- when any starts out doing character work, well...you have to learn hands fast, or come up with creative ways to hide them, but feet you don't have to draw often. You can either stop the picture at the legs, or draw shoes! Easy-peasy. ^^

Mm, yeah, looking at the colored lineart, the line of her arm is a lot more clear. When solid inking, it helps to still leave a tiny line of white next to creases like that, so you don't lose the line entirely. And if you do it right, it's not even really noticable as a line, you know? Your eye just glosses over it and sees what it's supposed to -- the line of her elbow or whathave you.

...even in the line art, her breasts look a little small -- again, for Yoruichi -- but I think maybe there isn't enough shading on/around them. Like, even with the drawn clevage, it doesn't look like her closest (to us) boob is curvy enough, maybe. [/overly constructive]*cough*>->
