I don't know Skyrim to be honest, so I went with the Tolkien image :3
Either way, you created a very enjoyable atmosphere! I liked the focus on the trade of anything of value.
It took me a while to separate Lu and Han, but maybe that was the whole deal, huh? They were such a fantastic duo ♥
Like Luhan, I was all but craving interaction with the silent, mysterious and kinda moody Soo. And even though the ending came a little abrupt, their relationship had this nice, open feeling to it, telling me that it'll grow nicely in time :3
Still, I'd be up to read much more in a setting like this any time x3
Thanks a lot for tackling this prompt and writing such a wonderful story ♥

Lu is the deer, because that's just what what it's called. Like calling a cat Cat. It's not ranked enough to speak and have its own name, and giving it one would be disrespectful? I didn't think it was that important while writing it, but since you brought it up, I could try and clarify a bit more. Han is Luhan once he lost his family name.
I'm the first to admit my endings aren't the best, but I was running out of time and couldn't really fit any sort of ending anywhere else. The story was getting big enough [for me; I rarely write more than 4K ;w; ], too. But I appreciate your comment and kind words. UwU I will take them into consideration when/if I continue this.

While I did know that Lu means deer, I actually didn't get that the thing about Lu being a name suffix as well, for the deer clan. I totally get it now - don't worry, I'm just ditzy, haha *now I feel like a bad reader*
Nooo, don't feel pressured! This was just me saying I enjoyed it so much that I would be ready to read more of this any time :3
Sequels and stuff gotta come naturally ♡

If the reader doesn't get something, I feel it's on the writer, unless it's a minor thing that some individuals catch onto. So it's on me. I can try to make it clearer with some reworking. uwu
