I just made these and they were so amazing. I subbed the butter for olive oil, omitted the breadcrumbs, added crushed rosemary and used regular sea salt. Also, added some pieces of garlic on the sheet while I baked. Ughhhh...
8 large potatoes , russet,yukon gold or your choice
1 cup fine breadcrumbs or 1 cup saltine soda cracker (crushed)
