Today I crossed the River Plate and I am now in a charming little town called Colonia del Sacramento. The computer at this hotel has a Latin American keyboard which is very difficult to use. It does, however, have an "ç" key, which will really come in handy when I describe in great detail the way in which the façade of this building is different
