I am sitting at home, waiting for my new laptop to come in the mail. I don't trust apartments and important packages because I've had things a) stolen and b) thrown down stairs... so I'm sitting here, waiting patiently. Or maybe, not so patiently. I adore Boston, it took me a bit to win me over. I kept being like 'it's not new york' but now I love the non-NY aspects. I can't wait until I finally move there in a few months.

Also if you are looking for good pizza recommendations, go to the ORIGINAL Pizzeria Regina in the North End. If you go on a weekend,t hey will be massive lines, but sooooo worth it. go go go.

I've heard of Pizzeria Regina!! I'm totally going to have to go, whenever I'm in the mood to deal with the lines.

it's well worth it, and I went with people who hate peoples.

Also, on the friend note, Rachel and I decided that you would probably get along with my boston friend Mary splendidly. She's a semi-antisocial arty-tattoy/musician/her job is working at the Boston Public Library archiving old books. and she gets a kick out of it and is prolly going to grad school for archiving soon...which according to Rachel, isnt too far off from your life plan.

if you are feeling internet socially-proactive/enticed, feel free to friend "Mary-Fay Holt" on facebook.

(I hope this isnt weird...but it came up in convo and rachel was like 'yeah they'd prolly be bff but too antisocial to meet each other)
