Anyone looking for a cute place in N. Mpls? It's one block closer to the parkway than I am...3 bedrooms, hardwood floors, super cute...$1250 per month rent with option to buy. My realtor just emailed me...he owns it. I'd love it if more friends lived nearby...and it's in a great location, just a block off Victory Memorial Parkway.
