Paakzaad and I were completely brushed off by my own aunt earlier today. We had a lamb roast at her house this afternoon and there was an older couple celebrating their 50th Anniversary so as they were gathering to take a photo around the cake, my aunt announces congrats to my sister and another friend of ours on their recent engagements and ( Read more... )

Hi, I came over here from Ottawa. The trophies--you could try freecycling them to a new home. Some organization/person may have use for them. Ottawa Freecycle

..and I just wanted to say..I think that "No, no! They are nothing!." is ridiculously funny, and it's good you didn't smite her from the Earth. Umm, 'cause that's what you were thinking of doing, right?

lol - When I think about it now I think she was TRYING to be funny and I guess she was in a hurry to just take the damn picture, but still!

I'm the youngest in the family...I'm tired of just being brushed away like some little flea. Bah!
