[Two things you don't see very often; Billy not in his chicken suit and being not being hyper. In the Halloween spirit he's taken off his chicken suit, instead he wear a totally cute cool bear costume. He's currently in a daze, flat on his back, in the middle Ecruteak. Seems he didn't listen to Applejack and decided to munch on almost all his candy
