So Wal-Mart decided to appeal my unemployment -- after I stopped claiming it because I had a job. I got a letter saying that they were appealing it in December. Today, I get a letter saying that I have to go to a hearing on the 24th. The cover sheet says that "the claimant is considered to have abandoned her job after failing to return to work ( Read more... )
