Greetings, Relative Stranger, or shall we say, New Friend? :)
Any friend of a little bird is a friend of mine..
Please write me any time on miin.love@gmail.com.. and let me say, getting to 100% raw is a challenge but it is a worthy one.. just don't get caught up in percentages. I think it is far more sustainable to be a Conscious Eater :)
Right now I'm in the Philippines eating very raw, in fact today we are doing a coconut fast, and it's wonderful!
