i just want to travel. i just like to do things by myself. i want to head to China alone next summer to one of those secluded cities and just live and explore but my mom tells me that people are looking for people like so they can drug me in my sleep, carve me open and take my organs and sell them to hospitals faster than you can say, "The Island"

when i went i didn't tell my parents i was going alone, i said i was going with some friends, so in my emails back home i always had to make up these characters... anyway, i think china is pretty safe, you just need a good guidebook and some language skills. you should go!!

while i was in toronto, i was actually approached by some people who couldn't speak english...but they so desperately wanted me to sign a petition against that. i guess it's really going on and it's a huge deal.
