A Running Roozers

Today was enjoyable except from 1-4pm when my studio becomes an absolute furnace and I can hardly stay in long enough to finish a lesson before running to cooler parts of the building.  The Mighty Sam might think I visit him because I enjoy his company, but it's really just the room temperature

I'm always amazed by your enthusiasm for exercise. Never in my life have I run an entire mile without stoping. I took the story of the tortoise and the hare very seriously when I was a little girl.

However, I am still looking forward to more hiking adventures with you in the future :)
