Well the new house is great, I've been in it for about a week now. The boss called and told me that I'd have 8 days paid vacation because of some schedule mix ups. It's been pretty boring. Well, I just got done with another 36 hour shift followed by a 12 the next day. It's all fun and stuff, just gets me kinda tired sometimes. Well, as the subject says I've got good news.... I got a phone call at 9 this morning saying that I'd been approved for the home I put an application in for. It's a 2 bedroom Queenslander (House on stilts) that's got a huge back yard, a big balcony, and a bar! It even comes equipped with a mother and baby possum in the outside closet. So I just got back from the pub with my Uncle and his friends. I learned a very good lesson: Don't go in the deep end unless you know how to swim.
