Oh, God, how gorgeous this is. I was just about to sign off for the night, but...this. Perfection. The language, the intensity, the image of John against a full-length window and that Sherlock can't make himself end it. I'd sell my arm to be able to write like this.

And now, on the good author's advice, I'm going to have to read this again -- with a cocktail!! I am willing to believe that the experience will be improved, but I have no idea how one can improve on delicious perfection!!
