i had a little left over rotini, already cooked.
i had a few small meatballs; neither the rotini nor
the meatballs had much sauce.
at a cheap grocery store, i got 2.5#'s of feta for $5.
WOW! good deal. i also found six hot italian sausages
for $3.
so i dumped the sausage into a pot, and dumped beer in.
i boiled it till the beer almost gone, dumped the
meatballs in, then cut the sausage...
into pieces and fried it a bit in what was left.
dumped the rotini, the sausage and meatballs into
a bowl, used some wine to deglaze the pot. poured
that into the bowl. added probably a pound of the
feta, then dumped in most of a chipolte-hot salsa
jar, and stuffed it in the oven to bake.
