well, oberlin rejected my request for deferral.

i have a week to write another letter with "more concrete plans".

i should've gone to carleton.

rewatched the original star wars yesterday- well, only IV and VI, because empire strikes back ran away to work at a seafood restaurant in somalia. or something that involves not being in its little VHS-sized box with the other two movies. anyway, those are some great movies. there's just something about them, i can't quite tell what, that makes ( Read more... )

you know you really fail at life when your little brother and two elementary-school-aged cousins are more knowledgeable than you are.
