am up too early because jen sub hold called me to tell me matty trish and i have a house. the landlords weren't going to give it to them because of miami the dog but jen marched over there secretly later on and told them how we'd been looking for 3 months and to no avail and how rad they are etc etc. and we got it. for reals this time. jen rocks
