Summary: Tim's in the alley where he'd told Jason he'd meet him. Smut ensues.
Tim's in the alley where he'd told Jason he'd meet him. Jason isn't so much late, as opposed to Tim is always early. He's not sure why Jason wanted to meet him. All Tim knows is that this meeting is to finish working out their truce. Jason is back in the family, but that doesn't mean that all is forgiven. Tim's gotten over the fact that Jason used to kill. It was...understandable isn't the right word, but Tim gets it all the same. Jason was screwed up for a long time after he came back from the dead. Talia had a lot to do with that, and Jason was never really that stable to begin with. He was an angry kid with a lot of problems, and life never really gave him a break. That took a long time to get over, but Jason managed, and Tim? Well, Tim took an equally long time to deal with a lot of things that happened in his life, including Jason's return, but getting over how many times Jason tried to kill him...that was taking longer.
Jason drops down in front him and smirks. "I didn't actually think that you'd show, baby bird."
Tim folds his arms over his chest underneath his cape. "Look, we're going to be stuck working together, so we might as well at least try to coexist." Tim really hadn't thought about how much they weren't coexisting right now. Tim didn't so much deliberately try to be somewhere else when Jason was in the cave...at least not consciously, but it happened anyway.
Jason, on the other hand, has lots of trouble sleeping...understandably...so the two of them rarely have to see each other at night, and they haven't worked a single case together, patrolled together, or trained together once since Jason moved back into the manor. Tim knows that his avoidance techniques are only partly to blame for that. Jason is, after all, just as good at avoiding people too.
Jason nods at him after a moment. "Yeah, I was thinking about that, baby bird."
Tim raises an eyebrow at him, and he knows Dick doesn't approve of him being this wary around Jason, but he thinks it's understandable all the same. "Oh?"
"Yeah, see, I get that you don't like me much, and you're constantly avoiding me. I just don't get why."
Tim's brows furrow at that, because he thinks it should be rather obvious. "You've tried to kill me on numerous occasions. Not to mention, it's pretty obvious that you don't like me at all, so it's just easier to avoid you."
Jason shakes his head as he backs Tim against the wall. "That's not it at all, baby bird."
Tim is starting to get annoyed with the term baby bird. Jason says it endearingly, but that's just more confusing to him. "Why do you call me that?"
Jason looks as confused as Tim feels. "Why does that matter?"
Tim shrugs. "It's odd. That's all."
Jason hums as he presses Tim against the wall more. "You really don't get it, do you?"
Jason is pinning Tim's arms down, and Tim couldn't get away if he wanted to. Although, he's not really sure why he doesn't want to. Tim shakes his head. "No, I don't think that I do."
Jason breathes out a laugh. His breath ghosting over Tim's skin. "I don't hate you, baby bird."
Tim nods dumbly. "Okay."
Jason smirks. "You're really freaked out right now. You don't know how you got into this situation, and you're not sure how to get out of it either."
Tim shakes his head. "I'm not even sure what this situation is."
Jason leans in more, and Tim wasn't even sure that that was possible. "Let me show you."
Tim thinks that he's about to be hit, so he has to completely readjust his thinking on the world as a whole when Jason kisses him. Tim's so busy trying to figure out where his life took a drastic turn towards...whatever this is that when Jason licks his way into Tim's mouth Tim just lets him. Jason suddenly has a hand on the back of Tim's head and the other on Tim's ass. Tim's so concerned with analyzing everything that's happening that when Jason pulls away Tim completely forgets to control his breathing. Tim wants to say something, but he doesn't know what, and when Jason's head dips lower and he starts licking at Tim's pulse point there's really nothing Tim can say.
"I want this, baby bird. I want you." Jason breathes against where he just licked.
Tim wants to ask why, but he's still too shocked to respond. "Uh huh." Jason bites Tim's neck, and Tim wasn't aware that such a sensation would make him moan.
"You want this. I know you want this. Let me have this. Let me have you."
Tim knows that he had a fully functioning brain when he arrived here, but now he's pretty sure it's just a gelatinous puddle of something that used to be brain cells. He's not really sure how he got to this point, but a large part of him--possibly larger than he would like--isn't upset about it either. He's nodding and clutching at Jason as Jason moves to undo his suit, and possibly Tim should be asking why and how Jason knows how to remove his suit so fast, but Tim really can't care right now because Jason has his hand wrapped around Tim's cock and really Tim can just die right here.
There are unauthorized sounds coming from Tim's throat, and that's okay too, because Jason's hand isn't anything like his own. Tim hears Jason's voice over his own whimpers, which means at least part of him is aware that their in a semi-public place. "God, you make such pretty sounds." Jason sounds like he's enjoying this just as much as Tim is, although Tim isn't sure why, but he doesn't get a lot of time to think about it before Jason's hand is gone.
Tim whines at the loss, but before he can even open his eyes--which he doesn't remember shutting--Jason is swallowing him. Tim knows that the sound that comes out is some weird cross between a whimper and a scream and it all just gets better when Jason starts to use his tongue. Tim's trying desperately to focus on everything that Jason is doing, but it isn't long before there's just a string of moans coming from him, and the only thing that he can think of is more.
Tim bites his fist when he comes to try to muffle his shout, but he's not entirely sure how effective that is. After a few moments, Jason pulls back and allows Tim to put himself back together, and Tim learns that sweating in the suit is far different from putting the suit on when sweaty. When Tim is completely dressed Jason stares at him for a moment. Tim doesn't say anything just raises an eyebrow. Jason runs a hand through his hair. "Um, I didn't actually come here to do that, and..." Jason trails off, but Tim is pretty sure that he knows what Jason wants to ask.
"I'm not actually freaking out if that's what you were about to ask." Tim is a little surprised that it's actually the truth, but he's pretty sure that that's just because his brain hasn't actually recovered yet. Tim reminds himself to schedule a good amount of alone time for later.
Jason just continues to stare at him, not convinced. "Are you sure?"
Tim nods. "Yeah, I'm just wondering about you." Tim gestures at Jason vaguely.
Jason shakes his head. "I'm good. I don't think I want anymore of your first anythings to happen in this alley."
Tim just stares blankly at the wall behind Jason for a moment, because he hadn't actually wanted Jason to know that. Not that he's all that surprised that he did. Although he does feel an obligation to ask. "How did you know that?"
Jason shrugs and looks like a kid caught with his hand in the cookie jar, which is just ridiculous after what they've just done. "It's a little obvious with your aversion to touch, but I...um...may have..."
Tim holds up his hand. "You know what...I don't think I want to know. We'll just call it one of the great Bat family mysteries."
Jason nods. "So, you're sure you're not freaking out?"
Tim gives him a small smile for reassurance. "I'm not freaking out." Then Tim smirks. "Not yet anyway." Before Jason can respond, Tim shoots off a line and is out of the alley. Tim knows that he has a lot of thinking to do.
