I agree with Jade--you are still probably her best friend. Hearts aren't limited--you can love a new person and still love the old one just as much. And while, yes, a serious romantic relationship, engagement, marriage, kids etc. can all change that relationship--you are changing too. You are getting older, having new experiences, etc. We aren't static. Instead, a really solid relationship will adapt and evolve as you evolve. That's one of the beauties of a really strong friendship.

I'm sure her fiancé is thoroughly delightful & all, but she'll still need you, 'cause there are some things only women understand about each other. It's still a change & a loss for you, though. [My ferengi side wants to say debit your social life, credit your happiness for your friend, to make the accounts balance.] If more cool fanarts ensue, I'll be sure to jump up & down. Out of kindness, I'll also refrain from singing Bowie's "Ch-ch-ch-changes" and other acts of public misbehavior.
