hard to think that my semester in london finished over a week ago. but it did, and i guess i "finished up strong," as my dad would say. it's kinda hard to tell. it was hard the last day of classes, actually realizing that i had a good time and learned a lot from all those people. and that i probably won't see many or even any of them ever again.

Leonardo diCaprio -- though I find him smug (like Tom Cruise) and don't really like to watch movies if his face is on the cover (like Tom Cruise) -- is indeed an excellent actor, I've never seen him fail to act well in a movie, even "The Man in the Iron Mask" showed his talents and was fun to watch. But what really made me realize he was good was the movie "What's Eating Gilbert Grape" (also starring Johnny Depp -- a young one, at that). I highly highly recommend it, but have tissues handy. Also, "Marvin's Room" is a good one. (And since I had been including Tom Cruise, I recommend some of his earlier films: "Cocktail" and "A Few Good Men." You'll laugh your socks off, especially if you start out not wearing any.....)

Glad you're back!!! But yeah, it's kinda weird what with all of us still in school with tons of work and you bored out of your mind...
