Cool. I like your skirt, btw. Is that the old ITS skirt? Also, I think it would look neat if you wore a plaid headband and did some amazing 80s teasing to your hair.

Yep, I was one of the last people to get it. Good idea about the headband, and I did want to do some teasing to my hair but I had only four hours of sleep the night before so I was lazy.

Damn.....I was there and I was wearing one of my Kuro Lolita outfit. I was only there for two or three hours thou.Like you said it was small and not much to do.>.

I didn't really plan on it....I might go if there are some lolis I can hang out with. If not.....I'd have more fun sitting at home on the computer.X3

Lol. Usually there are a fair amount of lolitas at Nekocon, I actually co-hosted the lolita panel last year.
