So what do your kitties think of this machine tooling around on its own?

I wondered that myself, but they seem to be okay with it. They watched it for a while (from the safety of the bed), but didn't try to attack it. It may end up being too boring for them to attack (I hope!). It's quieter than the usual vacuum. Think of it as a little person with a little vacuum carefully vacuuming up little spots. Takes much longer than you or I (about 30 min a room), but it's much more thorough.

Ooooo... pretty icon!!!!

*LOL*!!! Well, I tell you: I actually employed a maid for about 2 years. It was when I lived in my very nice house in Indy, and I wanted to keep the house very nice - which I knew would never happen with my habits. So I employed a very nice woman who came over every two weeks and cleaned it top to bottom. But, of course, I couldn't expect her to pick up my clutter, so I had to de-clutter beforehand. So I figure it'll be the same with this - I'll be forced to de-clutter if I want it to work!

That little robot sounds fabulous (and I think they actually kinda liked paying the Asimov estate). Someday I'll have less junk on my floors, so I could use one of those!

How cool is this? A little disk sort of robot that cleans your floor. That is just too amazing!

Isn't it? Especially when you think of all the complicated devices they've come up with in the past!
