Okay, I'm going to give into my inner geek here, but does hearing these lyrics make anybody else feel like somebody is scratching fingernails on a chalkboard, because... they're just wrong? Or maybe you have a lyrics pet peeve of your own to add? Here I go

Sheryl Crow irritates me in general. There are a couple of her songs that I like, but for the most part, blech. And you pointed out one of the reasons.

*G* I'm not a huge fan of hers, but I think she had a really interesting set of songs in her first album. The ones after that don't really do anything for me.
