I wanted to post some pictures from NC that I was unable to post because of lj's great haiku celebration where I was only able to post 3 lines of text from my computer in NC.
It was raining off and on during the time we were there. There was even lightning! So very cool.
This is the view from the Blue Ridge Parkway, that runs just west of Boone through all the beautiful mountains.
And this is view from the balcony of our new place in Foscoe, NC. There's a creek there and a nice sky view so rwr can do some amateur astronomy this August.
More as time allows. It's nice to take a break from packing to read lj and post.
