Late Fall in FL

Finally, I think the weather has calmed down and instead of 99+ degrees with 90% humidity, it's more like 85 degrees with 70% humidity. Suddenly I can breathe again. Autumn has come to the sub-tropics

Too true. This was the first morning in many months when I let the dogs out at 7 am and wasn't hit by a wave of stifling wet heat. It was actually coolish - if your definition of coolish means something less than 75-degrees and dry, which being a Central Floridian, I do. ;)

I know it won't last long, judging by the 7-day forecast, but damn, I am enjoying it today. :)

It's not exactly as close as we were, but it makes me happy to know that you're living somewhat near to me now - like in the range of visiting locations, someday when I have money again.

I wish I could see you and go to movies and talk about comics. :)
