Let me start this by saying that I do not live in a ghetto apt complex. We pay a buttload every month, and we've never had an issues. Maitnence is awesome, the lot is always plowed, etc. With that said

um yeah. i called my landlady and she wants me to call the PD. i was like yeah WHATEVA!
