Disturbing crudeness

Sometimes it is hard being a teacher. Most of the time I really like my job, I like my students, even when they are sometimes a bit annoying, but I'm getting more and more irritated and disturbed by the way some (sadly quite a lot of) students behave outside the classroom. If the students don't know you, some of them treat adults very disrespectful

Honestly, I don't know how you do it. I can imagine the crudeness and the disrespect must be really, really aggravating and disheartening. Hopefully it's a minority of the students, and they'll outgrow it, right?
