Barcelona

I will fly to Barcelona tomorrow. It is the first time I will go to Spain, except for the one time I was in Mallorca and I am looking very much forward to this, especially since I am going with a group of interesting, fun girlfriends of mine. And it will be 4 days of warm weather when it is getting to be quite cold here.

That is a strange coincidence! What is she doing there? I am just going to do touristy stuff.

Well, I hope she enjoys it.

I am very curious about visiting Spain. I live not far from the borders to France and I have some connections to French people but strangely I have none to Spain or Spanish people - except for knowing some people who have been there or own houses there. One of my friends who is in that traveling group is an architect who has professional connections in Barcelona, so she will be able to show as some sights that are not available to the casual visitor.

Oh I am jealous! I have never been to Spain! Take lots of pictures and be sure to taste everything :-)
