Thoroughly icky i'm afraid. Got much worse after sunday but am on the up again now i think.

Mmm don't - i could murder a swedish glace right now - caramel flavoured for preference, but can a, not get out the house at present and b, not russle up the pennies. :-( will have to dream of ice-cream! :-)

That is sooo sweet of you. Wish you could but i have to go home this weekend to see my parents (which frankly will just make me sicker!) - but otherwise i won't see my sister for another year which would suck!
