The bright light emitted from the structure that appeared to be something anyone who had been in Tartarus even once would recognize. Only the light that shimmered and glowed, illuminating strange colours, did not match with the Dark Hour’s eerie glow. It was bright and footsteps could be heard. A large group of people walked in casual synchrony.

Four guards forming a square of defense around a girl with fiery red hair in pigtails and glowing ruby hues, as well as the man standing next to her and another in the clothing of white. She looked straight forward towards the entrance of what would be known now as the path leading to the floors of Tartarus’ towers. The guards spoke briefly amongst themselves, questioning the man that was supposedly the red haired girl’s father if it was wise to bring her along.

“I don’t mind at all. I requested to come here myself,” the small delicate girl replied in her small childish voice, telling them the truth.

After that, the guard that was the furthest corner away from the entrance started to falter. He was pale as anyone could tell and then he continued to start an episode of pain, and silent groans until he was swallowed up in red and black. What appeared in place of the guard that had faltered was a creature with glowing eyes and appeared like a blob on the ground, with hands reaching out.

The creature’s appearance was vulgar, a monstrosity that anyone nearby would be disgusted at the simple sight of it. The guards simply panicked and told them to stand back, the scientist a good few feet behind everyone else. The girl, however noticed right away what it was, red hues fixed, narrowed in a rather dangerous manner towards the creature.

“Th-That’s a shadow!” she mused loud enough to be heard. The guns fired at the creature, yet no avail. The guard closest to the shadow was knocked backwards with a simple slap of its arm. The bullets were quite useless at this point and the shadow fixed its target on the man now, who shielded the girl, only she moved in front instead, to protect him. With a faint bent of her small form, a bright glow of light emitted from the smaller girl, lighting the room for a brief moment.

What came out of the girl was a persona and the scientist was clearly shouting it, claiming its existence, while the red hair girl floated a few feet above ground, the Persona visible to the eyes of everyone that was there.

After a few more shouts of the scientist, she simply collapsed from exhaustion, only to open her eyes to see that she was pinned to a cross, in her original form, that of a seventeen year old young woman, fiery red hair laid entangled in the cross like stake that she was bound to. Those red eyes fixed on the guns that two men were pointing at each other.

“NO, FATHER!” an erupting sound of gun shot fire, and the result, the one that was her father was shot severely, and so was the man that was standing across from him, grasping his stomach. The blood from the wounds spread across the floor, and slowly creating a small stream of blood red liquid that seeped through the clothing of the fallen man.

“FATHER!”

[ That dream was enough to make her shudder in brief agony. The thought of her father’s death clearly brought back emotions that she almost had under controlled. She looked up at the ceiling of the room that she was residing in temporarily, realizing that it was only a dream, oblivious that it had been broadcast throughout the network. She slowly rose from the bed in a sitting position, red hair laid a mess around her face, and droplets of sweat surrounded the woman’s form ]

I didn’t expect to have such a dream, at a time like this. I suppose it can't be helped.

[ Her voice seemed jagged, strained, but clearly emitted some amounts of pain, though she seemed to put up a rather strong front at the moment. ]
