That Person

Aug 25, 2010 22:05

I've turned into that person -- the irritating one who won't stop talking about her cat. Knowing that does not stop me, however, from posting the news that my cat though lazy in most every other aspect of her life comes ALIVE when it's cricket-killing time. She's a black, clawless destroyer on a mission.

LOL !! I can just imagine you finding a pile of dead crickets in the house,or does she eat them?.

Thats another visual your cat making noises like a cricket instead of purring.

I usually find them one at a time, mostly when I'm barefoot walking to the kitchen in the morning for breakfast.

Aw, I'm sorry! Come down to Texas! My trainer's barn cats keep having kittens, and I had a really hard time last night not bringing home a sweet tiny yellow one with big blue eyes.

I just got a cat and I'm trying desparately to not become "that" person. But really, what did my cat get into that chopped off more than half the length of her whiskers pn only one side of her face? (She has really long whiskers/

I am *that person* and just returned to a very glad-to-see-you kitty after 10 days. (though someone came in almost every day to feed and pet) Didn't leave my side last night.

Yep, I missed her, too.

Aw, that's so sweet. When I come home after a long business trip, my cat just scolds me and yells about how long I've been gone and screams about how she Nearly. Ran. Out. Of. Food. even though there's tons left in the feeder.

Mine used to give me the cold shoulder in revenge...at least until the next meal. Now, she's glommed onto my side, and still yowling!
