My family had a reunion-type thing at Cheyenne Frontier Days. Sister Iris lives there, and it was a completely inconvenient time for me to leave work but I did it for family harmony and need many karma points for not killing them nice to be able to enjoy the experience with my family. If it's sold at a rodeo, then it's appropriate and traditional to buy it.

As for the aroma, well, that's in the nose of the smeller. Based on what you said, I probably would not have purchased it - but that's because I'm not big on aromatic things.

Thank you for your support. It smells a bit like the inside of a man's cedar chest, full of nubbly tweed jackets with peppermints in the pockets.

ETA: nevermind that I was just reading about a lady who makes and sells some delicious sounding natural soaps right around the corner from me and has me wanting to go visit.....
