I couldn't decide where I wanted to take this question. In the end I settled on three different books, each upsetting in their own way. So honorable mentions also go to Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher, which was incredibly unique in it's telling, and Living Dead Girl by Elizabeth Scott . For now, I chose
