Day 14 - Favorite book of your favorite writer

My favorite book by my favorite writer did not receive five stars. By that alone Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman should get the top spot here because that did get five and it's the one I tell people about when they ask for book recommendations. But it is not my favorite.

I find that "favourite" often doesn't go with "best reviewed" or "most popular"... or even sometimes actually with what I think is the writer's best work. Some things just grab your affection that way

I think it's got a deeper meaning than most people understand and when you bring that up it sucks because who likes to be told they dont get it? lol
