im sorry if this sounds discouraging to you, or to erin, because its great that you two are together and i know you two make eachother really happy, but now that thats said, in my limited experience and the experience i see in those around me, long distance relationships dont work so well... they tend to end up in just not talking and ending without acctually ending.. or fighting and bitterness at not being able to see eachother.. I'm not saying you two shouldn't go for it, because you seem really good together, and if it works out, more power to you... the other main problem with log distance relationships is moving.. i mean... someone has to move from their friends and family.. kinda blows. anywyas. thats my not much advice as.. two cents.
yeah I know, thats why I am so.... well, I dunno. I agree with you on everything you just said, but I still have that ring of hope that he and I will work. But one of us has to give up everything. And I don't know if I can be the one to do that. I would be misreable in Canada... Granted I would have Erin, but one, I get depressed when it is cold, two my friends and family are a huge part of my life. And then there is what I want career wise. But, one day at a time, I will never let it get to the point where we hate each other.
