argh! Blossy I have a puter I can use here at the hotel,and I can't post because it doesn't have some thing or tother that it needs for me to post. grrr. anyway, Amsterdam is amazing and we completely overdid it yesterday - well, Ian did anyway! We had a quiet day today but I went to the Van Gogh museum and loved it. tonight it's out for dinner to Indian, then off to see the sex workers in the windows - Ian went up there last night but the tired feet and the no sleep the night before got to me so Laura and I just couldn't. tonight I drink double-caffeine so that I can. xxx loves

OK, so do you just stare at the sex workers in the windows, or do they *do* something? Is this like seriously under-dressed performance art? Do they pass the thong around to collect money? ;)

If I remember correctly, it's literally a form of window shopping. Yuck. I think you can get them to come out and negotiate prices etc. Most people go there just to look, though. It's become a tourist destination in its own right!

You know, I will have to go someday just to see this. Yuck is right, but the curiousity value is definitely there.

Are the sex workers both genders?

Using that same principle, I tried drinking lots of red wine, as that's acidic and I thought it might dissolve the twig! (Yeah, that's my story and I'm sticking to it!)

This is the weirdest medical mishap I've ever had. Except maybe the time I sneezed and my eye filled with blood? Heh!

I knooow! I do so love Ballsac. Heh. I always go alone now, though, as no one else I know is a 'hanging out in coffee shops' sort. I miss hanging out with you there!

My family have gone to Paris, but they're coming back here for a few days at the end of the week, and leaving my lil sis here for another couple of weeks after that. Which is when it'll be time to show lil sis how we party, Berlin style!! We're both broke, but that never stopped me before!!
