It disheartens me that you've justified all the hell you've caused in your home world, but ah well~ We'll just have to break you of that nasty little habit, now won't we? We've time! And I have the patience to make you my favorite project.
You will play my game, or you will pay the fee to avoid it.
And you're right, Treize Khushrenada. I am not a greater man than you.
Is there any point in playing against one who can read your mind? No, you know I will play anyway. As if I were against the Zero System. I suppose it is fitting.
If you think that the hell was caused solely by myself, you are mistaken. I merely ended it. What the Romefeller Foundation did -- tried to do -- was inexcusable. I find myself drawing many parallels between the members of that Foundation and you.
To take another stance, was I to stand by while the Gundam pilots destroyed my organization? They were magnificent. Men of their caliber deserved a worthy opponent.
And what do I gain, by playing? No. The rules I follow are the ones ordained by time and by history. Both harsher than you -- and their rules bind you as well, I am sure.
You may be a god, but aren't we, after all, both God's creatures?
