Yay. I am about a day and 6 hours away from departing for Hong Kong. Shall attend a farewell party this afternoon where we just drink coffee with the governah and give a nice little speech about the program. So today I participated in a matsuri/festival/parade for Bushu Gas company at Kawagoe. I was dressed in silly clothes and sweat a lot. It was very fun nonetheless and it's one of those things where many people usually just look at and take pictures.

I saw a lot of love and bonding flowing around.

...on a rare sunny day and it was really pretty. I think about how I really want something like this to be near me so I can see it change throughout the season.

I have been lazy about updating and such because nothing new is really going on. I spent one expensive day in Tokyo with Kyle riding a boat, drinking at Starbucks, eating dinner with Eri and Yosuke, drinking, and figuring out details for China.
