Basically, these are lyrics from songs from various musicals. Lets see if you can figure out what play, and what song, they're from

12) Its driving me crazy, but don't have it as of now.

14) This line is text at the end of the rag which is not included on the concept album. I originally assumed it was from the getting ready rag so I checked the musical lyrics page and they didn't have it because its not really in the song so I assumed I didn't know it.
