so i was at work 2 days ago, and i was ringing up this guy who was buying plumbing stuff. then he pulled out some stuff he wanted to return with a receipt from TURNER ace hardware..we're proctor ace. so i politely told him that we could not do the return, as it would mess up our inventory, it was different ownership, etc. i thought he would be nice

I had a lady get mad at me because I couldn't accept Gap returns. I was like "ma'am, we're Old Navy, but if you'd like to return these gap items, Gap is only about a 5 minute walk, do you need directions?" She was like "THIS IS FUCKING BULLSHIT! YOU'RE THE SAME COMPANY! I DONT WANNA HAVE TO WALK ALL THE FUCKING WAY OVER THERE TO RETURN THESE FUCKING CLOTHES, YOU WILL TAKE THEM BACK." ..."no?" It was fun. psycho bitches
