When I was in High School Amy and I had World History together. We sat right up front and spent most of the time giggling at each other (as I recall it was one of the only classes we had together where we were so...unruley). Thank you for posting this, and I'm sorry for his passing. It's great when a teacher makes such a great impact on our lives & becomes one of our fondest High School memories. Those are the teachers that truly love their jobs.

He did too. He was a strange and quirky guy, but it was always very clear that he loved his job.
