A Bit of Tarot

I recently turned the guest bedroom into a meditation area and while doing that, went through the many boxes of Tarot decks I collected and had not looked at for 20 years or so. Having hooked up with a group of readers on Instagram, my interest in the cards is steadily growing and I am pulling daily cards and doing some readings again

I think you would enjoy it. Comes in a recipe type box, really quite clever. I enjoy finding a deck like the Housewives that you can actually read with.

It is a very cute deck, even comes in a recipe type box. I am usually pretty old school in my choice of reading decks (like Morgan-Greer or Rider-Waite Smith) but this one really reads well.

a friend gave me a reading with the housewives tarot for my 40th birthday! it was such a charming and nuanced reading, accurate too (though that's as much about the reader as anything.) it's not quite for me, but i love being able to recommend it. i'm such a tarot matchmaker. 😂 probably that comes from working at a witch store for so long.

have you seen the literary witches oracle? it's not a tarot deck, but i've been doing some ancestor work with it.

Had I ever worked at a metaphysical store, I would no doubt have more decks than I already do and that is perhaps a few too many ...lol..

I haven't seen the literary witches oracle, but I'm sure going to check it out. The next step in my Tarot journey is going to be ancestor work. I pre-ordered "Ancestral Tarot: Uncover Your Past and Chart Your Future." It is a book, but not being released till next March so looking for other resources and would appreciate suggestions.
